We are off on vacation this morning, well once everyone arises and we pack, that is. I've never waiting this long to pack and I am not enjoying rest assured. We've had so much crammed into this past week that I've not been able to get everything completed in an orderly fashion. However, this will not impact the fun we are about to have. Besides, I'm sure there is a Wal-Mart or Target near every town we visit for anything we leave behind. Here's a quick rundown of the fun we're about to have. I'm sure we will blog about it one day.
Sunday: Head out for some family and swim time at French Lick Resort. Thanks to Nana and Papaw Hop for this stay. It was a last minute add to our vacation, and it will be a great way to start it. We're looking forward to hanging out with the family for this afternoon and evening. And I'm looking forward to spending some time with the slot machines.
Monday: I get to start off my day at The Spa at French Lick, courtesy of Kyle and the boys. Once we have lunch, we'll head out for more family visits and a little fishin'.
Tuesday: This vacation wouldn't be complete without a trip to good 'ole Holiday World!
Wednesday: We leave Jasper on our way to Lexington, KY. We'll stop by Marengo Caves and The Louisville Slugger Museum.
Thursday: We're off to the races at The Kentucky Horse Park. Perhaps we won't see a race, but there will be pony rides! Later this evening we're headed off to Cincinnati.
Friday: We've decided to hit yet another zoo. This vacation: The Cincinnati Zoo. After dinner, we'll feed my addition to IKEA with a short visit, followed by a splash in the hotel pool.
Saturday: Our first visit to Kings Island! Once we're completely exhausted, we'll head home.
Again, we'll try to blog about this hopefully soon rather than later.
